Green & Lovely Picnic Cheese

When planning a picnic, cheese is an absolute must but please consider the weather. Hard cheeses, such as cheddars, Old Amsterdam and Lincolnshire poacher work well in sandwiches and wont melt so easily. Softer cheeses, such as our amazing range of British Brie-style cheeses are wonderful in a crusty baguette but should be kept in a cool box. Alternatively marinated cheeses in a jar, such as Graceburn, are fabulous for salads and snacking on with the bonus that the oil is a ready made salad-dressing. Finally, there is probably nothing finer than a celery stick dipped in a tub of scooping gorgonzola. Please don't fight over the last little bit, and the tub will get licked clean!
