Cheeses don't get much more decadent than this. A triple-cream (double cream plus full fat milk) cheese that is delightfully soft like a whipped desert, with gentle flavours and a mushroomy rind. Once you start you won't stop with this one. Goes perfectly with light sparkling wines, hopped Kentish beers, Normandy ciders and fruit such as grapes and figs. It becomes more like a mushroom veloute with age.
