James Earl and his team produce the most amazing naturally smoked salmon that is cut into thick 'd cut' slices, rather than the unmanageable thin salmon sheets interleaved with plastic that is the normal presentation, yet impossible to handle without tearing. Stunning on its own, with a salad, on bread or on an omelette!
