Made exclusively for us by our friends at the Thames Ditton Bakery, this delicious hand-formed bread is a hybrid cross between a crusty 'stick' baguette and a traditional sourdough loaf. At 350g it is slightly larger than a traditional baguette and is perfect for sandwiches, tearing and of course an ideal accompaniment to cheese.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Sourdough: The sourdough is fed daily with water and flour, it is left to ferment overnight which makes the bread making process a 48 hour process.

Diastatic Malted Flour: Made with malted Barley to soften the crumb and add a darker crust colour. It also breaks down the starches to produce a lovely gooey texture
