Sourdough: The sourdough is fed daily with water and flour, it is left to ferment overnight which makes the bread making process a 48 hour process.

Diastatic Malted Flour: Made with malted Barley to soften the crumb and add a darker crust colour. It also breaks down the starches to produce a lovely gooey texture
