A light sourdough made with white flour, malted flour with grains as well as malted wheat flakes, organic sunflower seeds, barley flakes, organic millet seeds and jumbo oats. Perfect for toast, fried egg sandwiches and will keep well for days if kept cut-side down in a paper bag.
