All products are prepared in an environment where, nuts, seeds, gluten are used & may contains traces.

Malted Flour With Grains:A flour containing malted wheat flakes and malted barley to give bread products a lovely caramel flavour and darker crust.

Sourdough: The sourdough is fed daily with water and flour, it is left to ferment overnight which makes the bread making process a 48 hour process.
