This is a lovely loaf with a light crumb and good crust. It is a tin loaf made with malted, soaked rye and wheat, topped with oat flakes. It is slightly darker with a more toasted flavour. Perfect for sandwiches or toast. We've also had it with Epoisse cheese, which is a marvellous pairing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Sourdough: The sourdough is fed daily with water and flour, it is left to ferment overnight which makes the bread making process a 48 hour process.

Malted Flour with Grains: A flour containing malted wheat flakes and malted barley to give bread products a lovely caramel flavour and darker crust.
