Jam Packed Rosemary Extra Jelly

This is a wonderful alternative to redcurrent jelly or mint sauce and is traditionally used as a condiment to accompany roast lamb. The apple-based jelly is infused with rosemary during cooking and contains a suspension of finely chopped fresh rosemary to produce a lovely clear jelly.
