Made with wholemeal and dark rye with a moist crumb and caramelised crust for a dense, moist and delightfully chewy bread that has a deep, caramelised-grain flavour. We find this pairs exceptionally well with other strong flavours, such as a Montgomery Cheddar, or Ralph's Black Hummus. Similarly, top it with avocado, tomato and some dreamy Graceburn Marinated cheese.
